The aroma teases with peach, mango, strawberry and chocolate and a delicate hint of caramel coupled with nutmeg. Not bad you’re thinking? Well the palate is something else: overloaded with a tropical fruit salad explosion of apricot, tangerine, peach, mango and pineapple. Hints of capsicum and black pepper burst occasionally and unexpectedly. The acidic spine ducks and weaves throughout the experience to a beautiful finish. Would sit comfortably next to a chocolate cheesecake, crème brûlée or for a real treat, try pouring a smidge over a slice of French Vanilla ice cream.
